Women Can Regain Sexual Feelings with Kegels

I don’t think it’s discussed very often but many women who have given birth notice a sharp drop in their ability to experience great sexual pleasure. The childbirth often impacts the elasticity of the vagina and muscle groups and makes it difficult to have strong and fulfilling orgasms.

Can’t believe I’m turning 42 in a few weeks. And as a man one of the very strange things about this stage in life is that I hear from a lot of ex-girlfriends. Mostly they want to tell me about their lives, husbands and kids. You can only imagine how exciting and interesting this process can be. I’ve been through it easily half-a-dozen times or more. But hey, like I said, I’m approaching middle age and one of the things I’m supposed to have developed is a healthier dose of patience. And to be fair, these women are women I like.

But one of them FINALLY said something that caught my interests; one friend said she no longer enjoys sex as much as she used to. Not just with her husband but even alone. She looks back now on the powerful orgasms she had as a younger woman with envy and had become depressed about the prospect of spending the rest of her life with low powered orgasms. But what could be done?

She ultimately went to her gynecologist and had an exam to try and find the “problem.” Her doctor actually applauded her for stepping up and saying something. The doctor said most women live in silence about the issue and assume that’s the way things are supposed to be.

Kegelmaster for Women

Since hearing one friend talk about I’ve asked ALL of them, to their surprise and embarrassment, and two thirds of them said “Yes!” It had happened to them too, but nobody talks about it. After getting a little curious I did a little research.

Long story short; kegels are the best exercises to increase the strength of the pelvic floor and return the elasticity of vagina. They work wonders not only for general tightening, but also making orgasms far more pleasurable. There are some great “aides” out now that help in the process. The aides are great because many women have a hard time finding and isolated the correct muscle groups.
